Return Process

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
